Bordón Blanco is a dry white wine made from Viura grapes: Rioja’s classic native green-grape variety. This variety is also known as Macabeo in other areas, especially Catalonia.
We use grapes from vineyards in the Rioja Alta region to produce this extremely balanced wine with outstanding fruity notes.
The must is extracted and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC, which allows us to intensify the fruity aromas of grape variety.
Brilliant pale yellow in colour, with an intensely fruity bouquet that makes it an ideal single-variety wine. Very clean and expressive in the mouth, and extremely light on the palate.
Fish, seafood, legumes, vegetable dishes, appetizers and goat’s cheese.
